Derek is a certified Titleist Performance Institute Pro. My friend and I had our golf biomechanics "mapped" this week thru a 12-measurement, Level 1 screening. We now have a concrete plan for strengthening our weak areas by working on at home drills and future in-studio workouts. I really like the science-based theory and software for this program to optimize flexibility, rotation, and balance.
I've been with Wellfit since Aug 2016. I think working with Derek & Liz has improved my quality of life immensely.
We have been working out at WellFit for 5 years and love it!!! Derek does a great job creating workouts to fit your goals. Also, if you’re ever sore from a workout, he does a great job of offering suggestions for recovery and how to address the specific problem (I.e., if your shoulder is sore but he figured out you need to use the massage gun on a muscle in your back to help it). Liz is great too!!! Fun and knowledgeable and makes great workouts as well for all abilities. Highly recommend WellFit!
