Receptionist looks unkempt and not very professional and I observed being very rude to patients, still unable to make appointments however the waiting room is empty every time, when will this gps realise covid is over
Wellfield Health Centre has always been fantastic. The doctors and staff are caring, professional, and truly go above and beyond. There was a little bit of confusion with booking appointments, but given the high demand for their services, it’s understandable and not something to be upset about. Overall, it’s a great place with excellent doctors, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.
