The product appears to be exactly what was offered. One issue is had is the expectation that the window well would be cleaned out. I was going to do it myself but was advised that they would do it upon installation. All I see is an attempt at cleaning. Its like they just made a decision to go for the larger debris. There is still plenty of randomness, from leaves, to spider webs and other bug remains.
