Well Expert is a great company. They provided excellent information about their products before the project was booked. Well Expert was polite and professional throughout and kept us informed about changes to the schedule. The final product is excellent. We highly recommend them.
Well Expert was exactly what we needed. We saw their advertisement in a magazine and were skeptical at first but they are a very honest company. They were very accommodating to our changing schedule and made sure both well covers fit perfectly before they left.

The company came the exact date they scheduled for installation of window well covers. I really like the design. The installer also cleaned out my window wells without me asking.
We purchased two well covers for our home. Initial install and communication was great. Then the light wind came. I went back and forth with Cody for months on having someone come check out the covers and secure them. There was no response and when I would follow up, I would hear nothing back. Terrible customer service.
