To Well Expert, I am sending more pictures from the rain last night 10/18 and 19 2025, I left on a message on Justin extension to call me back he didn't , on your receipt it says lifetime warranty and you install this thing a couple weeks ago , you sent a email want me to pay $90 for a service fee for you to come out and check what the problem is! Very professional and highly satisfied with the product
I was amazed at how quickly the window well covers were made! I had 4 that were being covered and it took under an hour! They look amazing and let so much light in the basement. I am grateful for the safety value in these window wells so I won't have to worry about anyone falling through them, especially when the snow covers them up.
We had 2 crews to our house, 1 for digging the window well and then the next day someone did the covers. The work that these men did on both days was exceptional. My husband & I are extremely pleased with the work & the positive results of the window well & covers! The look of the finished product ads value to our house. We've had our house for over 20 years and we've tried every kind of window well imaginable. None of them were compared to these.
