Dr Nance has been with me for my last couple of visits and she is amazing as well! I didn't really feel Dr. Nance had the best bedside manner. Not only that, she didn't run all the tests I had asked her to run. I still haven't been able to get ahold of her or get a call back after a week.
I had a horrendous experience at this practice today and as a result I will not be back. First, they tried to charge me a No Show fee for an appointment that they canceled last Friday. Then, today Dr. Nance was rude and ineffectual. I have a knee injury and she didn’t so much as examine my knee. I am so angry. I am going to find me a new PCP at Northwestern. I was here two years ago for a pre employment screening and was just billed an additional charge now due to the dr encouraging an additional Vitamin D screening.. I believed this was included and at no charge but here two years later I’m surprised with a bill. It’s not about the money but convincing a patient they may want something and not informing them of the additional cost is disappointing.
