Doctor is unethical and prioritized getting paid over patients well being. Doctor said it would be to difficult to get paid under workers compensation. After she recommended the care. Never use this backwards, scheming low grade office.

I visited this place in search of a primary doctor after moving across the country. They took my insurance, I paid the copay, but Dr. Nance was not a good fit for me. I won't go into the details, but to summarize, she made me uncomfortable. Now, nearly a year after I had seen them last, they send me a bill for around $250. These services were long paid for through my insurance and the copay, and I was not notified that I owed any more. All payments had previously been resolved. I had an excellent experience at WellessenceMD. Heidi was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all of my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, and I truly felt cared for throughout the entire visit. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nance through Zocdoc after searching for a primary care physician in the area. My intention, as stated in the appointment request, was to receive an annual physical and to discuss a plan for tapering off my anti-anxiety medication. During the visit, Dr. Nance addressed the topic of discontinuing the medication and the potential withdrawal side effects. She then introduced Ketamine treatments as a way to mitigate those effects.
