I visited this place in search of a primary doctor after moving across the country. They took my insurance, I paid the copay, but Dr. Nance was not a good fit for me. I won't go into the details, but to summarize, she made me uncomfortable. Now, nearly a year after I had seen them last, they send me a bill for around $250. This is concierge medicine without advertising itself as such. You go in needing help with your health, and all they care about is making their sales pitch. They need to just advertise themselves as who they are so people understand what they’re getting themselves into, otherwise it feels scummy and scammy.
Incredibly unhelpful, made me feel like I was lying. Had no experience about my situation & made it out that I didn’t either. Questioned me if I should quit my job because I have allergy issues crazy unprofessional. I have never walked out of an appointment this appalled. Please if you need help go to another doctor.
*********** UPDATE *********** I'm leaving original below this writing because Heidi was amazing and reeled me in to WellessenceMD¡! Dr Nance has been with me for my last couple of visits and she is amazing as well! Easy to talk with and get answers to my questions and potential concerns and just a beautiful person to have medical visits with inside and out. I didn't really feel Dr. Nance had the best bedside manner. Not only that, she didn't run all the tests I had asked her to run. I still haven't been able to get ahold of her or get a call back after a week.
