Horrible place don’t go to this location worst experience I ever had on the phone and in person
Dr. Thieu, Dr. Konig and all of the other great doctors/staff made me feel so comfortable and heard during my pregnancy. I went to the Newton and Walpole locations. Would recommend the practice to anyone in need of an OBGYN!
Had the most grumpy condescending rude receptionist on the other end of the phone when making a appointment. Was judgmental, thought it was her place to make a snide, judgmental comment about my medical history and the topic I was making my appointment about. Disgusting behavior for a establishment that deals with such delicate and private medical information. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. First of all the wait time here is CRAZY. Im not even sure if this applies to me only or other patients too. Everyone that came right after me was seen right away but i had to wait ages in the lobby even after i showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. The front desk people are always grumpy and never welcoming at all. Im glad i found another doctor in Brookline, The doctor, the nurses and overall office ambience is top notch. I had 10:30 appointment this morning and we are still waiting. I came here two days ago and was told my baby had no heartbeat. Being back here is already traumatic enough. You would think the people who worked here would have some thoughtfulness or consideration or sympathy for making someone wait ALMOST AN HOUR where they were told not even 48 hours ago very traumatic news. Women whose appointments are after mine have been called in. I’m just here to sign papers to take a pill. Never returning.
