I’ve had a good experience with Dr. Jess Lipsky — she’s thoughtful, listens well, and I appreciate the care she provides. However, I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the front desk staff, which unfortunately affects access to care. During a recent post-concussion flare-up, I called to make an appointment and explained that I was having trouble hearing in one ear. The front desk worker, Jessica, is unclear, condescending, and not knowledgeable about insurance and scheduling. Don't waste your time and money coming here.
The reception staff has always been kind and professional. The nurses are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My NP, K. Lipsky is one of the best PCPs that I've ever had. She is knowledgeable, open to and answers my questions, listens to my concerns, and is always willing to look further into something that we've discussed. Every visit or call I have with this office leaves me with a feeling of being heard and seen.
Dr Glaser, Maura and the entire team are terrific. I know I’m in great hands with them. Very responsive. Listens to the patient. Takes the time to understand any situation and gets to know you at a personal level. I couldn’t be more happy.
Excellent practice and medical care. Extremely responsive at all hours including via text and cell. Wonderful experience and concierge rates are very reasonable. A must for anyone in the Wellesley area who is too busy for wait rooms and schedules, with no sacrifice in quality or care.
