Great experience! Vincent was very knowledgeable and helped throughout the whole process. The boat they had us rent was amazing and worth every penny! They even gave us a speaker to use on the boat just in bc are the inboard ones didn’t work. 100% recommend and will be using them again.

Extremely Unsafe Boat – Would Not Recommend I rented a pontoon from Wellesley Island Boat Rentals on July 23, 2025, and had a very concerning experience. The boat (Unit 10, red Smoky Harbor) was in poor mechanical condition and, in my opinion, should not have been rented out. The gas gauge didn’t work, which meant we had no way to monitor fuel levels while on the water. We rented a pontoon boat and it was perfect to fish and see all the islands and landmarks. Vinny and his crew were great and very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend renting a boat from them to do things at your pace. Their customer service is excellent and made for a great day!

Great time renting a pontoon boat here. Everyone was very helpful in getting us on the boat quickly and safely. Boat itself was perfect, just the right size. They even allow dogs which was great. Highly recommended if you're looking to get out on the water and explore the 1000 islands without a big tour cruise ship.

We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the water with paddle boards provided by Wellesley Island Boat Rentals! Ethan was very kind, helpful, and accommodating and went above and beyond! Highly recommend and would definitely return! Thank you for giving us access to these beautiful waterways!
