Sadly, after today's appointment I'm no longer a patient of this practice. Went in for a scheduled cleaning. Normally I'm taken to a room downstairs but today I was upstairs. No doors on rooms, no music playing, no earphones offered -- all of which is normally acceptable, but for 39 of the 40 minutes I was in the office, a child screamed. Do NOT Trust This Office Without Reading Everything First I ended up paying $1000 out of pocket because this dental office didn’t properly inform me of what was or wasn’t covered. They acted like they cared, but in the end, it felt like they just wanted to get paid. Important advice: Read every single page before signing anything — even if English is your second language. Wellesley Dental Arts is a phenomenal practice! I have been going to this practice for years before they switched to the new company. I always feel like I’m in such capable and professional hands. My hygienist Rita is the best! She always makes me feel so comfortable in her chair. She is so knowledgeable on oral hygiene health, I feel like I learn something new every time I come in. I actually look forward to my biannual appointments with this Wellesley team. Thank you all!
Dr. Rohani and dental technician Chao (sp.?) are wholly professional and skilled but also compassionate, patient, and wonderful to be around. I've had a bunch of procedures recently and they turned what could have been a really uncomfortable process into something much more positive. I'm very grateful for their skilled care.
