Do not go here. My husband and I have been battling the office for reimbursement from our cleaning appointments for over 6 months now. When we went for our cleanings the office had us pay in full upfront. We then noticed a couple months later that the office never submitted to BCBS for reimbursement. We finally got them to submit and then BCBS sent the check to the dentist office. I spoke with BCBS and they said we were also charged 2X the negotiated rates for BCBS. Sadly, after today's appointment I'm no longer a patient of this practice. Went in for a scheduled cleaning. Normally I'm taken to a room downstairs but today I was upstairs. No doors on rooms, no music playing, no earphones offered -- all of which is normally acceptable, but for 39 of the 40 minutes I was in the office, a child screamed. Wellesley Dental Arts is a phenomenal practice! I have been going to this practice for years before they switched to the new company. I always feel like I’m in such capable and professional hands. My hygienist Rita is the best! She always makes me feel so comfortable in her chair. She is so knowledgeable on oral hygiene health, I feel like I learn something new every time I come in. I actually look forward to my biannual appointments with this Wellesley team. Thank you all!

I had been going here for years. Great dentist, top notch. However, this year something has gone very wrong with their billing. I have been waiting 6 months (since March '25) for them to reimburse my BCBS insurance payment that was sent to them for a January service. This happened again in July so it is not a bug, but rather a feature of the billing system. Dr Rohany and all staff at Wellesley Dental Arts are great. I never feel rushed when I have questions and Dr Rohany always spends the time to answer them and to make me feel at ease. Always a good experience with the front office people and the hygienists as well. I was originally a patient of the dentist who preceded her and have been glad I stayed on when Dr Rohany took over the practice.
