Rented here Sept 2018-Sept 2019, left the place clean, paid rent in full, returned keys. They had my email and phone number but never reached out. Instead, they mailed ~$500 in cleaning/painting charges to the Wellesley Crescent apartment I had already moved out of. In 2022, they sent it to collections without ever emailing or calling me. I only discovered it on my credit report in 2025. Completely unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
This apartment building has a party every weekend with loud music. If you’re looking for quiet, this is not it. It’s the same people having a party every weekend and management hasn’t done anything about it.

The inside of the apartment was lovely. Management was very kind and incredibly helpful anytime we reached out for maintenance or had any questions. She does a wonderful job of keeping the property clean. The park across the street is wonderful perk and the location of the building is amazing! Walkable to downtown Redwood City and San Carlos! Enjoyed our time here and would rent again!
Great place! Loved living here! Manager is so kind and helpful! The location was amazing, so close to redwood city and san carlos! The apartment is very spacious! Would rent from here again if I move back to California!! :)
