I was terminated mid-crisis, the same week I self-reported an accidental recording, which I reported in writing, before my next session, unprompted. Multiple other therapists I've since described this to found the response disproportionate. My provider, Coralanne Hocking, was good. Unprofessional intake process. I was offered an appointment, sent all the requested info the same day, and still lost the slot. My email system confirms they opened my submission, yet I was told I “didn’t provide all the proper information.” Poor communication and no accountability — very frustrating experience.
I joined Wellesley Counseling & Wellness in April 2025 and have been extremely pleased with the care I've received so far. The new patient process was simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I've been working with Allison, and she is truly wonderful! She is empathetic, attentive, and has such a calming presence that puts me at ease during our sessions. I would absolutely recommend Allison and this practice to anyone seeking support.
