I love this pool, but the staff is so rude! I would advise this facility to train their front desk staff to be more polite; really ruined my day to be treated like an idiot when I asked a simple question.
Whoever is in charge of swim team needs to work on making information accessible. In their Learn to Swim classes, a coach will eventually tell your kiddo "you passed and you can try out for swim team". So then looking for information on swim team tryouts, you'll find there is no clear place to access info on dates and times, schedules, rules, etc. Their "website" has no relevant info on dates/ times for folks looking to try out. Beautiful pool. Locker room could be cleaner. Doors and windows wide open to make a very drafty swim. There is a urine smell in the locker room by the showers and showers are cold.
The locker rooms are some of the worst I’ve seen in the entire city. No shower curtains. Rusted hardware attaching the benches. No doors on the private changing area. They need to throw a fundraiser immediately so folks can pitch in to fix the locker rooms ASAP
