My company has worked with Henry for a number of years. He is responsive, professional and easy to talk to. In 2012/2013 Mr Welles handled a petition for conservator and contested probate matter for my wife and I. He appeared to underestimate his opposition and seemed to lack the ability to develop a coherent strategy which, we believe, contributed to the case being drug out over a significant period of time. We were ultimately forced to hire another attorney at additional cost who did a very could job and got the case settled in a short amount time. We cannot recommend this attorney.
