I have used USA Chimney sweeps for the past 2 years since the switchover from Wellers and have had some hesitations. Please be aware: I had scheduled a cleaning and expected a call the day before for verification of time in May of 2022 and the line went straight to voicemail with a 'mailbox full' message. Called in the AM same day of service and same mailbox full message. No way to contact them, nor to get any answers. I will be switching services, based on my experience and other reviews I currently see from others.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Had the same experience as Aleea only over charged for services and they won't return the call to discuss reason for extra fees.
Called to make an appointment for a chimney sweep and inspection. The secretary scheduled a time and date for service. That date came and went and no one showed up. I was told that the driver's phone died and that he could come out now (was way past the time and my husband was leaving so we declined and rescheduled). The following week he was to come out on the date he scheduled it for and again, was a no show. This time he didn't even bother calling.
