My experience with Weller was just a phone conversation with a very helpful person named Larry He was quite pleasant and answered all my questions. If Larry is the face of Weller, they must be a great place!
We work on trucks every day and need transmission parts on the regular. These people who answer the phone and at the counter just always have a bad attitude. Makes you feel like your not there important customer. Give them a good eaton part number and with out even turning there head "not gona have it" then ask them to check on when they could get it and it turned out they do have it in stock here locally.
