Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Mitchell for his help yesterday. I broke down on the side of the road in Paddington and Mitchell took half a dozen calls from me and even FaceTimed to try and help me get back on the road. He went well out of his way to help, even though he didn't know me from a bar of soap.
