On Feb 28th 2019, I was turned away at the counter because I had my son with me. The employee said they had a policy to not let children under 16 enter the salvage yard. I asked how they expected to do business with people who have their children with them, to which he suggested leaving him in the car. That is a poor policy. My 4.5yr old son would be safer with me as I pulled a car part than he would be sitting in an empty car in a parking lot. Not everyone has school/daycare/babysitters at the ready. They weren't helpful when we were trying to get our car towed and never called us back. Not good customer service at all.
