My son had surgery which was fine but the office has our bill so screwed up and calling to speak to the “billing department” is a nightmare, they have limited communication with each other, so when you’re calling and talking to someone new each time, they have no idea what’s going on. Woah, all this other reviews must have been a different doctor!! My experience with Wellendorf and his nurses was absolutely terrible. I would never recommend them to ANYONE!! I had to have surgery done inside my lip I had 7 stitches on the inner part of my lower lip. So this was no small incision in my mouth I was in terrible pain and because this dr has his own beliefs about pain medication, which this “belief” gets in his own way of being able to take care of his patients the way a dr should. Dr. Wellendorf is a great ENT! He has been my kids' doctor for several years and is very thorough!
I've had to undergo treatment for sinus issues and Dr. Wellendorf and his staff have been excellent during the whole process with everything from answering questions to the care provided.
