Dr. Zimandy has been very personable and acceptable. Her staff, however, is awful. I took my dogs in for bloodwork that they suggested as being timely. They sent us home afterward saying to call for results. We called the next day and was told that we owed $270 for two blood panels. I said I would be happy to address this is they would give me a bill. They said that they don't give bills. I said that I need the bill to give to my insurer. Absolutely horrifying experience!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. My lil dog went in for standard blood work update and came out drugged. Due to Covid i could not be inside with her. Within 3 hours she was screaming in pain and can no long stand with her back legs!!!! They deny dropping her or that anything happened and discharged me as a client for questioning them! My lil girl was walking and running and now cant use her back legs...... they did this to her!!!!!!!
