If I could give a - star rating I would. They are very unprofessional, rude and honestly seem to be a selected amount of individuals seeking power and control. They continue to target me and pick and change rules based on their feelings. Someone should seriously consider a lawsuit.
I am giving 1 star because I cannot rate them any lower. We pay $13 per month and you would think we pay $1300 per month the way they harass us and file liens and lie to the city’s code enforcement department. Their record keeping is also shameful. I have been receiving letters for non payment for 2021 and have consistently provided proof I paid the entire year upfront in January. Whoever is on this board should be fired or resign.
