I have owned my home in Welleby since 2021 and have never had any issues with my HOA until now. On a Sunday, my unit and another unit in the building experienced plumbing issues at the same time. Hi , I’ve been trying to get on your site and it won’t see to open. I’m shopping for a home and am considering Welleby area .. the home is located according to online in the Welleby sunrise golf area and is assigned to master association. My questions are , for 4th of July do you allow fireworks? For my kids birthday parties do you allow 1 bounce house in yard? And how would parking work for those types of things? These people is all about money. No morals. No heart. I was late in paying my fees but in two months I made payments towards my balance and was making efforts to catch up. Then they decide to put a lien on my property thru an attorney and add an additional $350 to what I already owe. If I’m already having a hard time and making small payments towards my balance, why would it make sense to now add an additional $350 to pay an attorney‘s office just to push paper.
