I never write bad reviews online but for this occasion, it is necessary. I got my ducts cleaned from this company in November 2019. When I called, I asked if they clean the main trunk line of my furnace in which the woman over the phone told me they do. After they left my house for the cleaning, I noticed they did not as I did not see any cutout that would give them the needed access to clean my trunk line. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I called the place to explain to set up a fireplace and chimney cleaning. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted the fireplace scrubbed. I was told it was no problem and it cost $195. This is significantly more than the usual $90 estimate, but I figured since the place was deep cleaning the fireplace and chimney it was worth it. I was told the entire process takes 30 minutes. They guys showed up two hours early which was not convenient. They were in the house 5 minutes. One guy he... read more
