Really nice place and doctors 😷 are really nice so are the nurses and receptionist. Don't forget to book appointments online or call for one This is a update! They just packed up and left did not send email or notification to the patients the chemist also closed down my subscriptions also my doctors can't request my patient files because they just disappeared that is why my review one star
I do not recommend this center due to poor management and scheduling issues. We have visited three times with our elderly parents, and every time, the front desk claimed a "medical emergency" caused a 60-minute delay. When we finally saw the doctor, he always apologised for system.This lack of honesty and respect for patients' time—especially when we have work commitments—is unacceptable. There are much better, more professional centers in the surrounding area.
When this Center opened it had all the signs of being a great addition to Tarniet. How wrong, all the good Doctors are gone or left. The condescending receptionist asks “Who do I think I am”when I wanted to ask to be put through to a doctor to ask a personal question. I had to reply who the hell does the Doctor think they are to deny any calls?” and get hung up on. I call back and she is still going on and asking me what makes me so special? Absolute worst doctors . Never any available appointments. Took the clinic 2 months to send my wife's referral through to the hospital for her last pregnancy, she's currently pregnant again and is classed high risk due to us losing our first daughter to gbs . Can't get an appointment for her results from pathology that are of high importance. Her referral to the hospital has still not been received.
