We contracted Wellcore to transform our bungalow into a modern 2 story house. Scope of work was clearly defined from design, budget and permit to final build. We chose Wellcore as they specialized in additions and had competitive pricing. They managed the project to the original budget, and only deviated if we asked for upgrades. The team was very professional and helped us create a home with a luxury feel without the price.
We engaged WellCore Corporation for building a new house in Etobicoke. We interviewed many builders prior the start of project and WellCore was the most transparent and opened in the initial estimate allowing us as owners to have an influence in all phases of the project and in choosing all house finishes. In May 2020 We hired WellCore to renovate/rebuild a 2.5 storey house and add an extension at the back. We chose WellCore based on the very clear and transparent budgeting information that they provided. Their quote was competitive and they had excellent client references. During the demolition phase, there were a number of surprises, due to the age of the house, but Vince and Alex were able to solve these problems as they came up.
