Reason why I left Wellcentive October 2016. The company puts on a good front to reel you in. The culture is terrible the executives and management team.... is not a team. The employees are not welcoming to new hires. Fend for yourself. The HR Manager is a hot mess. Rare opportunity for growth and the pay is terrible.
