Dr Murtaza a is very disappointing there patient . Really bad experience
I have wrost experience with dr murtaza . I face some heatlh issue . I tell him can we do some tests . They said if you need then you can pay for it . The thing is those tests are coverd in my msp Do I have to pay the money again even though I pay my MSP for this?. . His behaviour is so rude . I suggest please dont take him as family doctor and he also waste my whole day . I takeday off for his appointment .
This review is for Well Care Clinic and not the pharmacy. The clinic has no page of its own, and when I search online, this is the only place I am able to post. I want to begin by saying that my concerns are not about my family Dr even though he was not supportive but about the clinic’s administrative process and the communication at the front desk. Summary: -kind staff that take time to answer questions -much cheaper than big name pharmacies -no issues receiving or filling prescriptions Full version: I love this pharmacy, and all the staff that work here. I am so glad I switched to this pharmacy after Shoppers drug mart kept "losing" or "never receiving" my prescriptions from my doctor. I have never had an issue here.
