I just got off the phone with the pharmacist or pharmacy tech who wanted to deliver my mother’s prescription after 10p. I was well aware that we were expecting snow. However, I had to get some rest before I had to report for duty. The female on the other end was very unprofessional and had a serious attitude! I addressed her tone. At no time did she adjust her attitude. Sadly, it’s people like her that give us black women a bad reputation for having an attitude!
