it really has been a horrible experience having wellcare as an mco. i legally changed my name and it took them longer than a full calendar year to stop dead naming me and change my name in the system. also their grievance staff is a joke and doesn’t hear a word you say. Pick any other MCO other than Wellcare because they do not care about you, your health, or your grievances. So glad I got my mco changed today and won’t have to deal with wellcare anymore after the new year.
Trying to make contact by calling the phone number and it rings once, then it goes to a busy signal. I really need to get ahold of an agent !!
