They're a rip off. They cancel different medicines after the first of the year when you can't switch to another insurance company. They truly are despicable

I've been on hold on the phone for a total of 5 hours today (1/16/24) about a prescription they had been approving from last September which they now deny. Going to contact my attorney regarding this. When you speak to them the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Had a customer service agent using words they did not understand.

Awful, Awful, Awful company to deal with. I told them five times on the phone that I wanted to cancel and they refused to do it. I asked for supervisor. The supervisor said she would cancel this prescription drug coverage. I told her I wanted written verification - she said she couldn't do it- or some other excuse. I called back today to check to see that this prescription coverage was canceled and was told that it was not. You call their number and it asks you if you're an existing customer to please press 0 to be connected, you press 0 and then the line just hangs up on you.
