We visited the practice so my wife could discuss her situation and request a medical certificate for a specific reason. We understand that the request may not have been something the doctor could provide, and we would have accepted that. What was disappointing was the way both the doctor and reception handled the interaction. It felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
