My experience with Wellcare Medical Centre was honestly awful. The level of unprofessionalism I encountered over the phone was shocking. The doctor who handle the calls (or front desk) showed absolutely no understanding, empathy, or basic professionalism. Instead of listening to what I was going through, they spoke over me, raised their voices, and were outright rude. Very misleading experience. I booked to see Dr Mohsen Amoli (i have only heard amazing things!) for rosacea and acne, believing it was a first consultation. I was never told it would be booked as a skin check or that it would cost $85. As a Health Care Concession Card holder, over the phone I was told it would be bulk billed. Found this clinic as I've been specifically trying to access a female doctor within the Logan area for years now, and not have to wait weeks for an appointment. I've only been going here for a couple of months or so, but so far I've had a really good experience with Dr Masoumeh. She's the first doctor I've seen in years that has taken some of my issues seriously, started with basics without coming across as patronising, sent me for tests and scans instead of just making a flippant guess about my health, and she made no argum... read more
I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone right now I’m writing this review I’m already been waited 50 mints and the doctors are just below average as everyone mention about time wasting here I don’t know they still don’t fix this issue
