I would put less than 1 star if i can i dont even kn ow where to start with this horrible insurance my poor mom just horrible
The customer service is not helpful so I ask to be transferred to Case Management, my case worker, Janice Dowdell, spoke with me and asked me questions but didnt like my answers and hung up on me. I called back to complain to higher Management and was transferred to a supervisor named Ambria, which had me on the phone confirming the member Information for over 10 minutes which i had already confirmed with the previous two reps.
