Stop Calling! they never stop- annoying-
Terrible company. They reverse claims months after they were initially processed without any explanation resulting in an outstanding balance. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. “Executive Response Team” is a joke. They never, I mean never, follow up or return your calls.
No one you can understand, all overseas and they all give you a different story
Advice is pick another insurance.. I've been lied to too many times plus their website sucks
