Don’t enroll with this insurance company. Enroll with a different Medicare managed plan. This insurance is hard to deal with.
I signed up with this company because when I checked on the price of their Asthma medication they had one for a very low price. Now that I am signed up they have no generic asthma medication and the cheapest price $239.00 that is for one month.
Disconnected phone number! Is this company even opened?!?!
They sent my husband a change of address form when we moved to El Paso. He called them to change the address and mailed the form back. They cancelled his insurance because he did not update his address but the address on his account is our new address. He has spent hours on the phone to get his coverage reinstated. He had to reapply and they said they were mailing him his insurance cards.
