We received a gift card for Wellcalm and have tried to book an appt. using the online portal and entering the gift card number while making reservation. The portal timed out the first time, I sent an email to support, no reply so tried online portal for booking again. This time it would not let me enter the gift card number. I tried to schedule an appointment over the course of multiple days before finally having an appointment, payment was taken on my credit card, the RMT service provider never showed up and although I reached out to Wellcalm to ask for a refund weeks ago I still havent received it.
We organized a group massage at home with three friends. Our two therapists that we booked were fantastic.
