This company is a joke! Dodged a bullet here. So much hassle, waste of time and nothing but a run around trying to open an account with these clowns. Can imagine the headaches of actually trying to do business with them and sure don't trust them with my money. Like, what company turns down business and doesn't care how their reputation reflects in the community smh. They should be called Well-bye cuz I'm staying with my current credit union.
Ruby is very sweet, and kind.. answering any questions. They greeted me as if I was already a customer...10/10
Jersey Ruby Kaitlyn and Tanya are always so nice and friendly. They treat you like Royalty. I have another account that I have had for 30 years at Klein bank and have never been treated in such a manner at akkein Bank. They are wonderful people.
This location Wellby Financial at 14100 Spring Cypress Rd inside HEB store is the closest to me from Spring, Tx and Ms. Kaitlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable in my transactions. I had several that day and she explained and clarified all of my issues. Thank you!
