Ms.Mitchelle very nice and sweet lady always greeting us and giving good service.
MITCHELLE was very professional and thorough..her amazing attitude increased my rest of the day..I wish her well, she's at the Park Place branch... Now JOURNEE from the Dixie Road branch was a complete nightmare, she was extremely rude and unprofessional..I emplore all to NOT go to the Dixie Farm Rd location for your Wellby needs.
Ms Sonia did a great job , everything ran smoothly and I came right before closing. I had 3 transactions and she handled them perfectly. Great customer service.
