I went to the drive thru and waited for 25 minutes. At first when I sent in my slip I waited for 5 minutes and no one said anything until I pushed the call button to ask if they had gotten it. Only then did she take my things out of the container. The person in the other lane came after me and got there things before me. My transaction was not even complicated, just a simple withdrawal. I'm on my mom's account she passed away I been doing her transactions and charges on her account withdrawaling money to pay her bills then she passed away they said I need a death certificate to close the account I brought that and they want let me close her account they trying to keep her money it's so wrong I have to go through this I been on her account since February 2021
Recently opened an account at this Bank. At the time I opened it I was told a small number of free checks had been ordered for me because occasionally I still have to write a check. After 2 months of waiting I go in only to find out that they were never ordered. I had to have someone else order them for me at this point and was told I would have them within 5 days.
