I'm on my mom's account she passed away I been doing her transactions and charges on her account withdrawaling money to pay her bills then she passed away they said I need a death certificate to close the account I brought that and they want let me close her account they trying to keep her money it's so wrong I have to go through this I been on her account since February 2021
Recently opened an account at this Bank. At the time I opened it I was told a small number of free checks had been ordered for me because occasionally I still have to write a check. After 2 months of waiting I go in only to find out that they were never ordered. I had to have someone else order them for me at this point and was told I would have them within 5 days.
