I am going to preface this review by stating that Wellbuilt Construction Co Inc. is the company contractually bound and responsible for this situation. I purchased a home "built" by Wellbuilt Construction Co. in February 2024. At the time of closing, my contract stated that they would be re-grading the front and back yard to correct a pooling issue, correct the driveway ditch area, and seed the yard after winter.
