Would like to know what is the policy and procedures there for non emergency calls? My husband received a call at 1 am regarding his mother. He suffers from high anxiety and was fearing the worse. I suffer from it since I missed a phone call telling me my brother had passed. The call was to tell him about hour they scheduled a doctor's appointment. This is unacceptable! the therapy department is outstanding i had major surgery and the got me on my feet in no time very caring and made rehab fun wonderful staff the food was great also always hot
Very professional and caring facility for the most part. Only complaint is about RN Diane...her bed side manner sucks as well as her people skills. Very rude to family and guests of resident. Spends more time sitting at desk and barking orders out to staff under her. Seems uncaring about family requests or questions. Just seems/acts like it's a burden for her to do anything or be pleasant to anyone. She is my only complaint about this facility. She should not be working for Wellbrooke because she could tarnish their image an... read more
it's a great place to work. And the residents are just like family. we grow to love them all
Beautiful campus! The staff is great. The events that are held are a ton of fun!
