I moved my sister here in May and they have exceeded my expectations. The staff is so kind and caring! I would definitely recommend them! Lots of activities and fun happy hours!

My intent here is not to blast Wellbrooke w/o trying to work things out with the Exec Dir. believe me I tried. She is so non hands on. I tried numerous time with emails, texts and trips to her office describing the treatment Mom was receiving over the 1 plus year. Her comment was always they would look into the issues with no follow up. One of the last visits to her office because my Mom was sobbing again about being thrown around like a rag doll begging me to get her out of there, the Exec. I recommend Willbrook of Carmel to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved ones. They were great with my husband. He enjoyed being there. They were all friendly and loving and so kind so if you’re looking for a place well Brooke of Carmel is the place to look

I found this place to be disgusting. If you don't care about your loved ones, send them here. The rooms were always dirty, the staff was rude and could never get phone calls back unless you called multiple times. How does this place have a license to operate. Horrible horrible horrible.
