I recommend Willbrook of Carmel to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved ones. They were great with my husband. He enjoyed being there. They were all friendly and loving and so kind so if you’re looking for a place well Brooke of Carmel is the place to look
I found this place to be disgusting. If you don't care about your loved ones, send them here. The rooms were always dirty, the staff was rude and could never get phone calls back unless you called multiple times. How does this place have a license to operate. Horrible horrible horrible.
I don't feel the nurses give the best care or attention to residents in need. Have to call numerous times to get care for our mom and still nothing!! Very disappointed, especially for the BIG bucks she pays!!
Kind friendly caring place to be. This includes staff on all levels. The atmosphere is very inviting and changes every week in the main area it is quite festive and cheerful.. Progress and rehab was absolutely amazing on all levels. Most importantly, they were all involved together and making it work for us.. I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Wellbrooke of Carmel truly cares about all of their residents and their wellbeing. The staff is incredible and always willing to go the extra mile. They are an amazing choice for senior living! They have built a great team.
