After waiting over a year for this surgery, Wellbridge canceled with less than 24 hours notice due to an HVAC issue. No apology, no sense of urgency was offered with rescheduling. I just received a last-minute phone call saying hey just giving you a heads up our HVAC is down so your surgery tomorrow is canceled and we don’t know when we’ll be able to get you back in. Couldn't ask for a better experience
Wellbrigde surgical center is the best. The entire process from connecting me with my surgeon to scheduling my surgery was so simple and stress free. On the day of surgery from check in to discharge was amazing. The nurses and staff were great, answering all my questions. Everyone was efficient and so friendly. I’ve had many surgeries at other hospitals and this one was by far the best experience. I highly recommend going with Wellbridge!!!
I found WellBridge Surgical through ColonoscopyAssist and I must say, I was surprised to see a medical facility with 5 star reviews! But, after having had my colonoscopy there, I am in agreement with everyone else. That place is amazing! The staff were so friendly and upbeat. They kept me comfortable and informed. The facility is so clean. And even my dad, who is a retired physician, was impressed!
