Lauren is amazing! She is kind, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me recover at a pace that works for me. She provides expert advice and instruction for all of the stretches and exercises that we do together and that I do at home. She really listens and tailors each session to what I need. The short video clips to help remind me of proper form are awesome. So, glad my doctor recommended Wellbridge.
