Upon arrival of admitting my family member nothing was explained in detail, except where’s your credit card and your insurance card. Messages were never delivered to the patient, failure to provide HIPPA papers upon admitting had to call and yell the next day, failure to explain the café and gift shop requirements of a credit card found out by looking online and calling three days later, and it took three people to correct this issue.
