Throughout every session, I felt no improvement or guidance and most importantly there was no structured plan on my wellbeing. I believe that may have been the most odd therapist I've had in my life. I expected, any sort of structured plan how to better my health, or just any sort of guidance, it was as helpful as a councillor would be during an actual mental issue emergency.
