Practice manager is rude and arrogant. Tells people they are making defamatory statements but they are 100% accurate and there are receipts to prove it so stop lying. Get your legal team involved, it’s only defamatory if it’s a lie. YOU chose to hire a predator.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - if you write an honest review they get it removed. Save your money and time and go elsewhere As soon as they get a negative truthful review or something bought to their attention they will get a bunch of “friends” to leave bogus reviews to boost the numbers. PATHETIC
I have attended this clinic twice with two different psychologists. Unfortunately this practice does not seem to hire professionals that are of high quality. One of the psychologists questioned if I was “making it up” after mentioning struggles with disordered eating and the second psychologist spent a whole hour making up her questions to me on the fly (displaying complete incompetence) and continued to just repeat what I just stated. Is sad to a clinic that should be helpful for mental health, they worried more about your money. I tried to cancel my appointment as I go flu symptoms over the weekend and I couldn't cancel the appointment because the place was close for.long weekend . Today I woke up with high fever, I went to me medical centre and I told them that I was sick and they say that if I don't show to the appointment they still will charge the $197 for the appointment, so they didn't care that I was sick and I had to go to the appointment for don... read more
