I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 AM and was made to wait for over 20 minutes. I was very disappointed with the delay and unfortunately had to cancel my appointment due to other commitments. If an appointment time is given, I would expect it to be honoured. Please ensure customers are seen on time in the future.
