The lady I seen moved told me to go to her other office at kograh then tried to tell me i had to pay even though i had a mental health plan and it just made me feel worse

No smile from the doctor. Didn’t use my name or seem to care about me. He Sat at far end of the room and we had to talk across the chairs. He had no idea how to help me. Very disappointing interaction with a professional.

SCAM - nothing to do with holidays as this happened way before then I had clearly specified the need to see a Clinical Psychologist as I take medication- they set me up with a Social Worker. She was extremely unprofessional in email correspondence, using all caps and showing hostility when she claims she couldn't reach me for the last appointment I had with them (before cancelling the service). I don't normally share bad feedback because it is often subjective but i felt i have to raise awareness to this as it is extremely concerning. I was booked in to see Dr. Vidya Sagar Athota as he was the earliest available appointment. I was suffering from major depression and anxiety and asked to see a clinical psychologist but was booked to see Dr. Vidya who is actually a social worker as i have recently found out.
