I believe Wellbe is a genuine practice and always try their best to be accommodating. As a bulk-billing clinic, there are wait times and some delays in administration processes, but I feel like this is to be expected. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone has been kind, though. I appreciate the text reminders and the hard work the staff have put into making appointments accessible during a global pandemic. Appalling lack of care for those in need of mental health care by the admin team. Couldn't even get in the door due to all the booking errors on their behalf. As for them ever calling you back, don't hold your breath. To think people come to wellbe in need of being listened to and are treated this way is shocking. Get it together Wellbe.
Kind, caring and genuine service. Can be a little hard to find, but worth it!
