I have a 4Runner and a Corolla that I take for service on a regular basis. After the Corolla was serviced the check engine light came on. They could not scan the car for more than two weeks. Took it to Performance Toyota where they replaced a control valve. The check engine light came on once again. Took it to an independent mechanic who scanned the car found the code (free of charge) I then called Welland Toyota and asked how much it would be to replace the part. My mother brought her Corolla in for brake service two weeks ago. Driving home after the service, brakes didn’t work and coasted through an intersection almost hitting another car. Brought car back in. They admitted they forgot to bleed the brake lines. Almost killed people. No apologies, manager “wasn't in” to speak to her. She called back to talk to manger. He will not answer or return call. Gross negligence at this shop - avoid at all costs if you value your life.
