Honda Canada Service Center is just money grabbing people. They think people going to the dealership for a repair are rich. I like the concierge, pure customer service and all that talk. But I know she just masking what's behind the curtain. They trained the mechanic to overcharged customers. 3 hours for an easy repair? Completely different from Honda from Asian countries. Sad.
