I used the service centre for the first time today and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Very punctual, excellent communication and customer service by Vanessa, and the work was done very quickly. I did not have to wait at all for a shuttle and was picked up very quickly when my vehicle was finished. The shuttle driver is so friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to chat with. Amazing experience with the service department at Welland Honda. I called in and Laura, along with the lady working with her, managed to squeeze me into the schedule the very same day, which I really appreciated. They were both extremely professional, helpful, and friendly from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience stress-free.
