My recent experience at Welland Honda was great!! I had an unusual and very upsetting car matter that I had dealt with for some time. A plan was established once bringing this issue to William the General Manager. Nico supported by communicating dates and times to test drive a different vehicle and then the pick up of my new vehicle. My situation was unusual and very upsetting but William and Nico made this situation easier.
Worked with Wyatt recently on purchasing my 2026 CRV sport hybrid. Wyatt was very knowledgeable, was very easy going, and between him and the team they got me the car I wanted rather quickly. Cannot recommend this dealership and Wyatt enough! They also were very respectable in terms of my trade in value. Go see them if you are in the market you will not be disappointed.
