The parts department at this location is an absolute joke. My husband ordered the parts we needed on Thursday Sept 25, was told they would be available for pick up on Saturday Sept 27. We couldnt get there on the Saturday between 12pm so I went to pick up the parts Monday morning to find out that they did not even order the parts. My husband speaks with Mark, about ordering the part again and Mark told him to call back and leave a message with the VIN to confirm it will be the correct part. Amazing experience all round it was my first time going to a dealer ship so I was a bit on edge but Hugh Taylor made me feel right at home with wonderful communication skills and helpful advice aswell as the staff everyone is so nice there and I know I can count on them for any thing I need would highly recommend the Honda dealership in wellend!
