Can't say enough about the outstanding service they provided. Our business front window was broken into and they were able to come out and replace it the same day! Would highly recommend.
We cannot say enough good things about Welland Glass. After a vehicle damaged our window, they responded immediately and sent someone out after hours to secure it and make the space safe. They are now coordinating a temporary replacement until insurance is finalized — a huge relief during a very stressful situation. Sam was truly exceptional. Samatha is amazing
Disappointed in their overall service and approach. Had them install a shower glass partition which was done well and with professionalism. When the contractor abandoned the project, I reached out to have them complete additional glass units for which they had measured. I was treated extremely poorly by staff when I called to see if they would complete the job directly with myself. I have no confidence now that they will stand behind the product installed.
