I highly recommend Welland Glass for your repair or installation needs. Samantha was very friendly and polite when arranging the appointments by phone and was prompt with the estimate and invoice. Lloyd and Matt did a spectacular job in removing a deliberately broken double-pane unit and installing the new unit. Only the outer glass was broken but Lloyd said if the inner pane ends up getting damaged, they could help us with a temporary plywood panel until the new unit came in. We wanted a glass top for our old family air loom, old table. I called around Welland and Welland Glass was the only one that called back. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and gave him the size we were looking for and he calculated the cost. We were happy with the price so I ordered it. Welland Glass is a superior window provider, here in Welland. Recently, two technicians installed 2 basement windows to absolute perfection in my basement. I found LLoyd and Matthew - affable, meticuluous, highly trained and exceedingly professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone out there. Most assuredly, I will lhave the company do some projects for me in the future. The windows are of high quality and the workmanship is a great accompaniment. Thanks guys!!!
